Called at 4 pm on Saturday with problem of leaking water heater. I had been waiting all day for another plumber who never returned my calls or showed up — One call to SI Plumbing within 1/2 hour Robert was at our door. After a quick evaluation, it was determined that we needed a new water heater. He called plumbing supply store just as they were closing and managed to get a 75 gallon water heater. He came back with Rudy and within no time, our old heater was drained and removed and new heater installed. They stayed until all water facets were working and showed us how to work the new heater. Robert and Rudy were quick, extremely professional and clean. I would highly recommend them for any job. Thank you!

Tony came with his helper Laura and both were very professional. It was a big job located in the basement under the steps. He cleaned the basin removed the old pump and installed a new one with a safety valve which it didn’t have before. I was grateful for them doing this. Now I can do my laundry!

The pipe & trap under my kitchen sink rotted and cracked. Not expensive part but it was difficult to remove because it was stuck & we didn’t want to cause more damage. As I researched Plumbers, many said at least 2-3 days wait and $150 just walking in the door plus parts & labor. I called Staten Island Plumbing, A/C and I was able to get someone the same day. Their Plumber Anthony was so very nice, he was quick & neat & price was reasonable. We were so happy with the service and will definitely keep this number handy & recommend this company. God Bless!

Same day service – Al and Rob were here within two hours. They Quickly identified the hot water problem as a broken faucet, which they replaced. Best part – they were able to retrieve my diamond earring which had fallen into the drain the night before. Highly recommend this company.

on March 2 i called staten island plumbing heating and air conditioning spoke to a very lovely lady names AnnMarie who immediately sent over qualified plumber to fix and assist in repairs for a broken water heater. they were professional and clean and very nice to deal with.
