Robert is an authentic, honest tech… he came within 20 minutes of my call and went right to work. He diagnosed the issue right away, a sensor, replaced it, and off he went. I needed a new water heater , Staten Island Plumbing came right away and replaced my unit fast. The work was top notch. They cleaned the area and fixed everything I needed. The price I was quoted was what I paid. No bait and switch. This was my first time using them and I would again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. The service was the best I have had in a long time
